3. Your project is hassle-free and without leaks during installation.
4. Your roof is installed right the first time.

Step 1: Assess the Building & Property

First, we inspect the following and identify any problem areas.

• Condition of the roof
• Type of system currently installed
• Number of layers on the existing roof
• Roof deck and underlay
• Mechanical systems and equipment on roof
• Access to building and property
• Area to stock new materials on roof during your project

Step 2: Prepare Formal Bid

Secondly, we outline the scope of work for a new roof or repairs by providing:

• Photo report of our findings (if necessary)
• Summary of the type of materials and systems to be installed
• Time frame and budget estimates

Step 3: Install

Our project managers are on-site to:

• Ensure proper installation and safety
• Conduct daily inspections
• Determine progress
• Secure additional resources (if needed)
• Perform safety inspections
• Ensure new and old roof are properly sealed at the end of each work day
• Conduct final inspection upon completion
• Faciliate manufacturer's inspection for warranted products
• Inspect all other systems
